Lencer is a project planning development professional and community social worker, with the zeal to empower community through promoting steering projects aimed at improving access to health care and household economic strengthening activities at the household level. Lencer has over 7 years’ experience working with communities and children specifically to offer interventions aimed towards reduction of the spread of HIV AIDS and improve children’s rights protection in Rift Valley and Nyanza through collaboration with relevant government authorities.
